- Ballet: The most beautiful of the performing arts and the basis for all dance. Teaches basic movement, poise,
and grace. Ages 6 & up. Ballet shoes required
- Pointe’: The art of ballet executed on pointe’. For serious ballet students. Recommendation
from teacher needed. Expect to buy 2 or more pairs of shoes per year as they are easily broken.
- Tap: An enjoyable and precise dance form for everyone. Ages 6 & up. Tan Bloche Buckle tap shoes. Ages
10 & up may wear Black Bloche Jazz/Tap split sole shoes.
- Jazz: One of the most popular of all dance forms. Emphasis is on basic jazz technique and stretching. Ages
6 & up. Jazz shoes required (prefer slip on).
- Acrobatics: The beauty and skill of floor gymnastics for boys and girls. Ages 6 & up Jazz or ballet shoes
required or bare feet.
- Adv. Acro: Pre-requisite-student most be able to consistantly perform front and back limbers and one
hand cartwheels. Teacher's recommendation needed.
- Clogging: A good, down home form of dance that includes basic tap movements. Fun for all ages. Ages 6 &
up tap shoes required with jingle taps.
- Hip/Hop:It’s the hottest style of dance around. With this style dance you will
be able to move to your favorite song on the radio. Jazz shoes or jazz sneakers (not street shoes) will need to
be worn.
- Baby Ballerinas & Tiny Tappers: Creative movement and exercise for the young dancer. Basic muscular and
mental development are encouraged through fun. Class includes ballet, tap and tumbling. Baby Ballerina ages 2.5 & 3 will
need ballet shoes. (They should be potty trained.) Tiny Tappers age 4 will need ballet and shoes and tan buckle Bloche tap
shoes.
- Tone & Stretch: Adults looking for a gentle stretching class that will help strengthen the core.
No shoes required.
- Lyrical: for ages 11 & up. This class offers inturpertation of music through dance. Helps
the dancer learn how to move to the music freely and flowingly. Tan lyrical shoes required.
